Elbow problem?

Hi i've been having this problem when playing tennis only when i'm serving, and only when i try to serve hard. My elbow joints start to hurt. A lot of people say you've got a tennis elbow, but i don't think it is. My elbow just hurts when i try to serve really hard, if i serve softly i don't feel pain and i don't feel it when i'm doing my forehand or backhand, and the pain goes away after a day.

Could anyone tell me what kind of symptoms this is and what i can do to stop it.

  1. yeah i agree with the other answer..you have tennis elbow. if you don't have stomach ulcer problems i suggest medication such as celebrex or aleve. but DEFINITELY talk to your doctor first. your tendinitis is probably just mild and they can help you figure out what to do about it.
