Okay so i do a lot of pull ups and chin ups exersizes along with weighted chins with usually around 50 extra lbs. But now my elbow hurts really bad. Only the right one. Its been hurting for a week and hurts whenever i straighten it. Do you think it is from the pull ups or do you think its from the fact that i can crack my right elbow and have for about a year. If it is the cracking i will stop.
