Elder Scrolls Of Oblivion Fly Character Mod?

Question

Hey ive had the elderscrolls of a while now and was wondering is there a mod that allows my character to fly. I know there is a peguasus and dragon mod ( animals that allow your character to fly) but i just want one that allows my character to fly. And not hover. Ive seen that one. Is there any one who can help me out. And i was wondering it can come with a set of instuctions as some mods i have havent had any. Thanks

Open with winrar, extract to your desktop, put the folder into C:\\program files\bethesda softworks\oblivion\data.

If it asks to overwrite click yes to all. Start up Oblivion, click Data Files, check that esp. and play.
