Elderberry Gizmo having obvious chance in A4 480m Flat at Monmore
Despite the fact that a few others are hungry for success, Elderberry Gizmo’s chances are glaring obvious in the A4 480m Flat, to be held at Monmore on Friday, August 3rd. Winning two of last three races shows how good form she is in, and stepping up to the higher grade would not be a concern for P. Cowdrill’s charge.
After making a couple of unlucky rides, the black and white b***h unchained the shackles in mid July. In a 480 metres race, she ran well despite getting crowded twice early on. Following an excellent effort, the daughter of Premier Fantasy grabbed the top rank by 1¾ lengths.
She failed to do anything special on his subsequent outing, when finishing fifth behind Offas Kingdom on July 23rd. The dashing b***h regained her momentum by demonstrating a fascinating show at the end of last month.
Despite an early mess, Elderberry Gizmo managed to establish her supremacy at the four bend. She retained her lead until the end, and bagged the victory by three and a quarter lengths.
Although she is facing a powerful opposition, no one can overlook the rhythm she is in these days. Among her rivals are: Pugs Escolade, Shinto, Ardmayle Lewis, Steeple Rd Gooch and Rock It Ronan. The £101 meeting is due to be kicked off at 14:18 GMT.
Pugs Escolade’s hopes of catching the judge’s eye look distinctly slim. The brindle dog completed the order of finish last time, and his confidence would be at a low after a terrible defeat.
Ardmayle Lewis has a shout on the clock. According to our calculations, the black dog is among the shortlisted candidate for this race. P. Curtin’s charge was an unlucky loser last time around.
Shinto attracts plenty of support in the ring. The dark brindle dog ran well in defeat on last two occasions. A little improvement can help him do something special.
It is very hard for Rock It Ronan to fancy his chances, and the odds are expected to reflect that. Steeple Rd Gooch knows this track very well, but this is far from easy.
Elderberry Gizmo is in fine fettle, and should not let her supporters down today. Good luck to all the runners.
