and that's not a get my two points answer, that's the truth, the least you're gonna wanna spend is up in the 85 - 125 dollar range. you can get a decent 15 watt Vox, Marshall, or Line 6 for that price at a local guitar center or on their website

only used....you will never find an amp (other than the liek 1 watt i think they are marshal mini's) for 50$ brand new...amps are expensive and dont waste money buy one thats at least 100$
