Honestly electric scooters s**k!  I would look into a nice small 49/50cc gas powered model they have some real nice ones that get 80-100 miles to the gallon... And they hold just over a gallon, so u could literally fill up on $5-7 dollars a week and only need to fill up like once a week, unless ur gonna do some real major traveling...  :)
