Electric Turbo on 1000 cc Motorcycle- do they work?

Question

They a bike can't develop enough juice to run an electric motor that would create sufficient boost true?- how about a short interval use only even with the turbo lag, wouldn't this be possible for off the line advantage in a casual race?

Turbos work on exhaust gases.
