do you know who is the best deal at the mo for your gas and electric please?

Depends who your current supplier is and how you want to pay. Go to one of the comparison sites to check.  I got a good deal last year and I'm with EDF Energy for gas and elec but you need to check what works for you.

I have just signed up in sainsbury's with edf, you get loads of nectar points too and the usual dual fuel discount. Check it out seems pretty good to me

Some friends of mine got their gas meter altered for £70 they tell me their bills are now very low. They met the bloke in their local pub (Berlin Arms), seems he's doing a roaring trade.
