Electric bass guitar broken 2ce on neck and piece missing out of body at bottom left hand side. fixable?

Question

its a mondial and the neck is broken at the top and at the bottom. the piece of the body missing is about half the size of a plate.

is fell of the roof rack of a car and was run over by two others.

where the piece is missing from the body there is a metal wire showing, about 3 1/2 inches of it.

i wanna know if this is fixable, how to fix it if it is, or if it's a better idea to sell the parts. or to just give up altogether.
