  1. What you want to do looks like simple 3 and 4 way switching.  The way you have it drawn up is WAAAAAAY harder then it needs to be.  I would suggest getting an UGLY'S book and seeing the wiring diagrams on 3 & 4 way switching.  Much easier and the accepted standard.

  2. OMG. What are you doing ? You know there are easier ways to wire up lights. You need to read up on 3 way and 4 way wiring to see what your getting into.

  3. As I replied yesterday, the neutrals are tied together and go to the neutral bus. The grounds all tie together and go to the ground bus. the lines go to the switches, then to the loads. Series the stops with the loads, parallel the starts, except when the start has to be controlled by an enabling switch. This is a typical 1st year apprentice problem in the electrical industry to teach you how to logic out the circuits.

Identify what switch is supposed to do what and what condition it must be in to do that function.  Ask your Journeyman for help. Also ask your foreman/ instructor.  This is how you learn to do your own homework.

  4. I can tell you, but then I'd have to shoot you.  Pretty simple stuff.
