Electric guitar help needed

im looking for a solid body electric guitar thats within a $200-$250 price range if anyone knows of any stores in St. Louis mo or near there or even a good respectable website and can provide a link and or address i would appreciate it. Ten points to the best answer!

go to a music store. you could probably find a good one in your phone book, or look for Guitar Center (if the have one in St. Louis which they most likely do, and its a good place), and get a Squier Strat Or Tele. they are good guitars, by Fender. They are the cheaper brand, but you still have that Fender quality. You can also get a Epiphone Les Paul. its good, and by Gibson.
