Electric razor great for under arms???

you know that ugly stubble you get from shaving w/ a reg. razor?

is there any electric razor that can remove that???

I doubt you'll find an electric razor that will do what you want it to do. Regular razors general cut closer and smoother than electric razors. You might want to try different types of regular razors and see if you can find one that will produce the results you want.
