Electric series motor controller 1209B curtis?

Question

how much should one expect to pay for a used 1209B curtis controller that is supposedly working. found one on ebay that has a buy it now for $300 buy also found out that some one had bought the same one for $150 ????????? But if one looks any where else on the net they're $800 so what gives..

you usually get what you pay for. if yo are a newbie in EV and not an electromotive whizz, consider the value of yor investment.  Also dont get a controller w/out knowing what motor it pairs up with and what the compatibility is for yor platform.
