Question

I was wondering around how much to have all new Plumbing done and a new electrical system put into a one story house average size?

OUCH!!!!!

If you must, go with CPVC and PVC pipe, save some cash,,,,$5K to $10K, depending on where you live in the country and the cost of labor.  You could get it as cheap as $3K, if you don't replace the fixtures.

Electrical,,,, very expensive.  Have you priced copper wire lately.  New wire, you will have to meet the current codes, meaning more outlets, increased capacity of the head end, etc.,,,,could go from $5K to $15K, depending on the cost of labor.

Depends on how much demo you want to do and whether or not you have a large attic or a crawl space under the house.  You'll have other associated costs along with the plumbing and electrical.  Think about drywall repair and new paint and possibly new flooring

How long is a piece of string ?

You do not say where you live so how can someone work out a guestimate if we do not know where you live,

In NZ for plumbing allow $1000 per fixture plus the price of the fixtures plus consent fees, insurance etc etc

How old is the home?

Is the home on a slab or conventional floor?

How much attic space is available?

Where is the home located?

How many baths?

How many bedrooms?

Central heat? A/C?

What codes must be met in your area if you start a rehab/renovation of this scope?

What kind of time frame are you looking at?

There are too many factors that we don't know. You need to find a LICENSED plumber, and a LICENSED electrician who are local and who have good reputations. Give them the info on EXACTLY what work you want done, then they can give you a quote.
