Which one is more secure Electrical engineer or Computer software engineer?

An electrical engineer can apply for a job as a software engineer if they have the training.  It will depend on the course work taken during the degree or the years of experience using and fluency in the required software languages.

As for which one is more secure.....that depends on what you mean by more secure.  In my opinion both professions are secure.  There is high demand for both talented software engineers and talented electrical engineers.
