Electrical problems with Ford ZX2 2003 HELP!!!!

my 2003 ford escort zx2 is having some weird problems first i blew tail lights which is the same fuse as my dash lights next my battery dies while in circut city no sign on the way stopped at 2 other places before that. the battery would not charge so we put a new one in works fine been driving for 2 days since. so then my dash/tail fuse blows again! now my right turn signal in the back is flashing super fast. i do have after market audio but at the moment have it all disconnected completly.

If all this happenend after being at Circuit city there is your answer. They tied into something they should not have. As far as the battery it could have just been age esp if the battery is original and has been drained and charged several times.
