  1. Is it just a regular wall outlet or is it GFI? The GFI would have a built in breaker but the regular outlet only has a breaker at the breaker box. You may have broken wires at the plug. Take the cover off and look. Turn off the power just to be safe.  Maybe you have rodents?

  2. check for the outlet having a reset button, it may one reset button for many outlets or one reset for one outlet

  3. A set of outlets not working?

    Look at those breakers again.

is one of them just halfway on?

Switch it all the way off, then on again.

You ask "how to find out if the breaker's

    has fuse or not."

Do you have a main breaker and fused branches?

    that's trickier. EMail if so.

  4. Most outlets are on a circuit connected to other outlets/lights/appliances.  If everything else works on the circuit, then either the connection on the outlet is bad or the outlet itself.  If it's a GFCI outlet, you may just have to reset it.
