How would screwed steel conduit attach to a trunking system to ensure the system is electrically and mechanically continous?

  1. The electrical conductive raceway should not be considered a means for a ground.

    The NEC no longer accepts the metallic raceway for providing a ground, new systems as of 2002.

    However, if by design the building's steel structure can be shown via layout drawing and verified by test, can be acceptable as a grounding grid.
