Electrician question....?

Im renting privately and the landlord has a guy coming to do the electrics my boyf has already been electricuted once, what certificates should i ask to see so i know this guy is qualified? Cheers

Usually a professional electrician would have a license.

Hi, I work in the building trade, im not an electrician but, he should have a NICEIC Certificate and PAT Certificate.

Are they not new laws in the Uk? Are you in the UK?

They should defo have something to prove, they should not be offended if you ask either. Look it up on the tinternet, that should tell you?
