Electrician working in australia ??

i am 23 yrs old. i am qualified electrician. just finished my apprenticeship in england. i heard to work in oz as electrician you have to have 7 yrs experience. is this 7 yrs after finished my apprenticeship.

how could i find out more detail bout this??

would i qualify to work to as electrician in australia??
