  1. V: A volt is a unit of electrical pressure: Pushes

electrons through the wire. For example, 100V pushes twice as hard as 50V

I: Amp: is current. The number of electrons moving past

a point "really area" in a wire, for example, each second.

w: watt=Voltage x current which is power-> the rate at which

energy consumed each second by an electrical device

such as a toaster for example. Usually measured in joules/sec.

    mw: is just one watt/1000

A toaster operating at a wattage of 1100 watts (110V x 10A) can also be said to be operating at a wattage of 1,100,000 mw.

    hope this helps you.

  2. A volt is a unit of electrical force or electric pressure. It is analogous to water pressure in pounds per square inch.

An amp is a unit of measurement for the flow of electric current. One amp is the amount of current produced by one volt acting through a resistance of one ohm.

A watt is unit of electrical power. A watt is dissipated by a resistance of one ohm through which one ampere flows.

One milli-watt is one one-thousandth of a watt
