well im having trouble with online banking, i want to send funds from my account to another account, can anyone point me in the right direction

If account you want to transfer money, not on your name you can't. You only can transfer on line to your accounts if they are in same bank and you see them in your screen or CC from same bank.If CC or account in another bank you only can do by on line check. To do wire transfer you should go directly to the bank and pay fee for this transaction, or you can send the check on line. I hope I answer your question.
