Electricity power crisis...what are the reasons and remedies you consider ?

please give reasons for the power crisis in the state, and also remedies thereon.

what is crisis?

The power generated from hydel, thermal  should match with the demand power. There is no knowledge of demand actually.  no interest to invest on new schemes. lack of knowledge about power theft.  no sufficient staff.

more investment in the power sector. The wind mill power should be encouraged.  captive power plant, and private participation, curbing the power theft and line loss should be in normal.
