Electrolux lux vaccum cleaner hose and...

Question

I have an electrolux lux royal vac, we have one service guy here in our town thats a freaky dead beat who has no clue about anything, last time we used him took 7 months for a tiny part I could have got from china in less than a week.... anyway the hose just split and broke from the attachment that plugs into the vac itself. Where can I get a new hose and attachment? I have tried the electolux site and no parts available on vac cleaners???? HELPPPPP. Rach
