Electronic Payment Refund?

I have mistakenly submitted an online payment to an Auto Finance creditor. I originally called them to have that payment deferred, will they be able to refund the payment I mistakenly sent to them and credit it back to my back account?

Yes - it is possible, and is indeed what they're supposed to do if you inform them that it was an accident and of the circumstances! If they refuse to return the money, at least get them to acknowledge the payment in writing so that it can be used as credit towards your next bill, or if you accidentally submitted it to a finance company who you are not a customer to (and they refuse), contact your financial institution. :)

It is possible -but it would depend how honest they are and if they are willing to credit it back to you. Make sure they have  all your bank details and other info to credit too. Good luck.
