Electronic help please!?

Question

I just bought a Toshiba 51 inch H84C tv...every now and then it makes this really loud CRACK noise or like a pop from inside....it is built right into it's stand....I don't know What the h**l is going on with it, but I can't take it back... Anyway, when it makes this noise, nothing happens to the picture, it's just a random crack or pop coming from inside the tv....is it broken? Please any suggestions of what the problem could be will help!

If this is a rear projection TV, I would bet its just the cabinet expanding a bit as it warms up.

As long as it doesn't sound like an electrical pop, or you hear hissing or see smoke...all those are bad.
