I would recommend contacting them or any other online store to see how fast they respond to any inquiries.  That's a start to finding out if they are legit.

It's a scam. Google search "electroforless scam", you will get more information. The scam has been going on for long. This version, electroforless.com, is also operating under abgamesinc.com, yokoelectronics.com etc.
