No, it is not a legitimate merchant. Dozens of individuals, including myself, have reported being scammed by them. They have a similar web site, www.Electronics-CheapShop.com, that is also a scam, except it accept credit cards, then uses the cards for illegal purchases, typically to buy things like advertising on Yahoo.com! (The credit card victims are protected by their card companies fortunately.) Both sites list US addresses in FL, where I live, and both are fake. If the call both sites' phone numbers, you'll get the same voice mail box forwarded to a foreign country (and you'll never get a real person).

Bottom line: they're a slick scam. Don't believe your eyes and don't buy from them.
