Elemental hero necroshade

those necroshede effect work on lvl 4 or under monnster card or just lvl 5 and higher like bladedge

he's efekt only works on heros that cost tributes and it's still normel somen i know cuzz sometimes when i duel i somen bladege 4 or 5 times without tributing (they look more like mooves used for neos thoe) so yah only another necroishade bladege or neos!! ^_^

Well, it works for any monster in your hand. It does not have to be LV 4 or below. You can summon Bladegde from your hand if you have it. As long as it is an E-hero and it does not say, "You cannot special summon this card." It works on ANY level E hero! Happy dueling!
