Elementary schools in Chicago?

What are the best elementary schools in chicago, that arn't tuition based, or at least allow lower income families in, for preschool?

I went to wildwood elementary school.. its k-8th grade. i loved it.. its in a great neighborhood... Its on the north side. all the teachers were sooo nice and very like friendly. I felt like they were so loving and caring there. It was so great. Im 22 now and i still see some teachers sometimes and i love it. they were great!!   EDIT: and i got a GREAT education!
