I need come have in finding theses questions for exam. Please give me hints and some links where I can find, I have found some but they are to complex/ thank you

o Revision of the main sections/provisions of the Theft Act 1968 including s.1-5 Theft Act 1968. Students should know the main elements of theft and supporting cases.

o Students should be aware of the aims and purpose of a criminal code of conduct in society. What is the aim of the criminal laws? Hat objectives does criminal laws in any society achieve or should aim to achieve?

o Students should revise the law relating to assaults and in particular be familiar with the various offences under Offences Against the Persons Act 1861.

Id invest in a copy of Janes police review Promotion crammer for sgts and inspectors exam.

This has brief answers in it, try your library or find a second hand copy on the internet. You will need the 10th edition (last years) as this years isnt out yet.
