i bought 6% hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide ssolution which contains potassium iodide and ammonium bicarbonate i mix the 2 with dishwasher liquid and nothing happens please help

I think you need 30% hydrogen peroxide. And maybe the ammonium bicarbonate is affecting it somehow?
