Elevating loud noise and pop

Question

got this new about one year ago and recently it will start this hissing noise-floor type of sound through the speaker that eleveates in volume until it pops real loud (and then it's done). I unplugged the pedal switch and the speaker input, but it still does it. It happens randomly, and will repeat, making it unreliable for gigs. thanks for the help!
