The ultimate cards for an elf deck (casual) would be Aluren and Recycle.  Aluren-play any creature card with manacost 3 or less for free and as an instant.  Recycle-Your max hand is 2.  Whenever you play a card, draw a card.  You can speed through your deck with the greatest of ease.

Also, since you are not playing Standard, Priest of Titania is the best mana generating elf in the game.  Gaea's Cradle is the best green land in the game.

And since elves are cheap and fast, you really only need about 18 lands max.

Overrun is a nice surprise for elves as it turns your 1/1's into 4/4 tramplers.
