The highly-skilled attacker revealed that the team manager never talked to him directly and ignored him all season. He was utterly disappointed by Conte’s behaviour and was deeply hurt over the treatment.
"The coach never spoke to me. He did not utter a single word to me all year. He completely ignores me. I have never ever experienced anything like that. It was very frustrating for me," the former Hamburg player concluded.
The playmaker started the first game for his new club as they lost out to the German double winning club 2-1 in a thrilling encounter. He played well for Bremen and is expected to shine in the new season.
