i have a Nike bookbag that got peed on by my dog. It says not to wash it on the tag, but i need to get the smell out for when school starts back. I don't want to use any chemicals that will stain it or bleach it. (it's black and red)

what can i use to get the odor out for good, not just cover it up?

  1. My dog did the same to Jansport. Your gonna have to take a warm cloth and wipe it down like me. Oh dogs...

  2. use some laundry soap and water and use a light brush or washcloth to wipe it thoroughly. Let it dry outside if possible. put some baking soda in it or a dryer sheet after it is dry to get rid of odors.

  3. I would just wash it off or spary some freshener. not sure, never care, never will.

  4. Wash it out by hand not by machine just wash it real good with dish detergant or cloths detergant and le it dry naturally dont put it in the drier Good Luck

  5. Go out and get a few of the FRIDGE IT odor absorbers ..  It is an activated carbon odor absorber that doesn't stain and no spills.  Just really works great and eliminates really difficult odors.  I'm sure it will do the trick.   I've used in in a "fake" purse to get rid of smell.  Worked great.   You can order from www.innofresh.com

  6. yea what they said ^
