Eliza or Charlotte? Mason or Logan?

Question

Which names do you prefer for a girl?

Eliza or Charlotte?

And for a boy?

Mason or Logan?

Reasons and honesty appreciated, I will always keep these names in mind in case I choose Charlotte but she looks more like an Eliza or something!!

Don't know if it's a boy or a girl (will be a great surprise either way for us, so close now!)

Eliza seems like a name that an eccentric person would have. Charlotte is beautiful. But if you go the Eliza route, try some related names:

Elaina

Elaine

Elizabeth

Ella Rose

Eden

Edith

Ellisandra

I think that logan is the best for a boy. It seems strong and smooth.

Eliza, I don't like Charlotte, reminds me of the movie charlottes web and I don't like spiders. Eliza is pretty.

Mason is better for a boy, I jut think it sounds nicer than Logan.

Eliza much more beautiful and less common than Charlotte. When I hear Charlotte I automatically think of Charlotte's Webb or Charlotte Russe. For a boy I prefer the name Logan... probably because I know like 8 Mason's already! Congratulations.

Eliza reminds me of Eliza Doolittle but is ok as a short form of Elizabeth.

Charlotte is nice but rhymes with harlot.

Mason - secret anti-Catholic society. Unless the boy's father is a member who will teach him the secret handshake, no.

Logan - do you really think your son will be born with retractable metal claws? Unless you want him wearing yellow spandex, no.

Eliza and Mason because they are less common but all four names are nice choices.

Eliza Charlotte or Charlotte Eliza would be nice combos too.

I think Charlotte is a very pretty name, and many nick names can from is, Charlie, Chaz, Char, Lottie, etc. I'm not a big fan of the name Eliza, I honestly couldnt tell you why, but it's your baby so whatever you decide will be great :) Also, for a boy I'd choose Logan, purely because it seems to flow off the tongue rather nicely :) Hope this helped :)

I like Eliza for a girl.  And my son's name is Mason, so I obviously am partial to the name Mason for a boy!

for the boys, i definitely like Logan better. Mason has always reminded me of a big strong, scary, muscle-y high-school football playing jerk. haha i dont know why. but Logan is great, but i know an airport by that name, so i would nver name a kid that where i live, but you should be fine since i think i remember you saying you were from australia once.

Charlotte. I just don't love Eliza personally, however, I do adore Charli.

Mason. I think its just a gorgeous name. Logan was never THAT great to me; and is fairly common now. :)

Maybe wait until you see your baby. I have seen/known many people to change their minds when there bundle arrives anyway. :)

Eliza.... its just so pretty, and Charlotte seems dull to me...

I'm going to say.... Logan, but too be honest, both are great names! you cant go wrong there!
