Elle Woods Pink Fuzzy Phone?

I have a phone (not a cell phone, a house phone) that could use more decor. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make it look like the phone Elle Woods has in Legally Blonde (the pink, fuzzy one).

You could try hot gluing like a fuzzy boa on it  or pink feathers =]
