Elliot Sadler takes pole position for Aaron’s 312 in Nationwide Series – NASCAR news
Elliot Sadler made some fast laps to claim the pole positions for the Kevin Harvick Inc. team at the Nationwide Series race Aaron’s 312.

Sadler’s Teammate Clint Bowyer was the also fast to cover the second place for KHI and totally conquered the first row for Saturday’s race.
Kevin Harvick Inc. has sustained its high level of performance at the restrictor plate track during the qualifying session and scored the first row to improve the chances of win at the Nationwide Series race Aaron’s 312.
Sadler scored the first place at the starting grid during Friday’s qualifying session by hitting top speed of 179.558 mph, running out his teammate Clint Bowyer. KHI cars were in the victory lane with first and second places at the season’s first Nationwide
Series race and also held the pole position held at the Daytona International Speedway.
Earnhardt has claimed many victories at the restrictor plate events with his effort in the past years. He qualified for the race in third place with a top speed of 179.115 mph. Earnhardt has been able to hit the start for two Nationwide Series races
out of first six races of the present season. He also managed to finish in top five of his two race starts, with a fourth place at DIS.
“The Nationwide Series is fun to race in. I enjoy the races,” Earnhardt said. “The races I don't run, it's a weird feeling to not be in the Nationwide race. There have been times where I'll sit there and watch that race and about halfway through it
I'm thinking, ‘Why in the world didn't I do something to be in the race?’”
Kyle Busch was not expecting much from the qualifying session and the practice runs done for the Nationwide Series race at the Talladega Superspeedway. At the NASCAR Nationwide Series qualifying for Aaron’s 312, he piloted his No. 18 Toyota Camry on
outskirt of turn 1 and turn 2. He will start at 22nd place in Saturday’s race.
“It is a challenge coming in here sometimes,” Busch said. “You think you can have a fast race car or you think you can have a good race car and unfortunately something out of your circumstance can take you right out of the running for a good finish.”
Busch is eager to head towards the weekend and race, and how it will turn out to be.
