Elna 700. I have an elna 700 and one of the thread holders at the top of the machine just broke

Question

I have an elna 700 and one of the thread holders at the top of the machine just broke and fell into the machine. The place I usually take it to just closed... anyway I can at least get the part out of my machine? I tried to just see if i could get it to fall out, but now I can't even hear it rattling anymore.
