Elna 7200

Question

Help! I live in Kenya with my Elna 7200, but there are no service people for it in this country. My LCD window read, "E1 Error". My manual says to turn the machine off for 5 seconds and turn it on again. When I do this the LCD reads the same. Short of getting the machine off the continent to a repairman is there anything else I can do?
