Question:

Elna su motor won't turn off

I have an old Elna SU mechanical sewing machine. It sews just fine. I was sewing this morning, I walked away and the machine started to sew on it's own. Now I can't stop it. If the power is on, the machine runs at maximum speed. What can I do?
