Eloise insane asylum question?

Does anyone know where to get into the tunnels at eloise? I heard there was an entrance behind some bar but the bar got torn down. Anyone know anything about it?

I think I heard that the tunnels were being taken down to build houses.

Or did you mean tunnels inside of Eloise?  Hmm, sorry, I don't think I can help there.
