My grandparents from PA eloped to Elkton, MD to marry back in 1919-1920, are there any web sites available to access their wedding license?

If you would give more info someone might be able to go to www.ancestry.com and check for you.

We need their names and birth dates at least.

You can search ancestry.com and if nothing comes up there, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cecil County will provide a copy of a marriage license for $5.00.  This link is for the Cecil County Historical Society which has the information they require and their mailing address:
