Three little girls names. What do you think of them?

I've told myself my whole life I want my children to have names that stand out but suddenly hearing those three names they seem so beautiful and lovely - even if they are a little common... what do you think?

Rose is not very common as a first name, and Claire isn't used much nowadays, neither is Elsie. Do you like them - or do you think I should go back to choosing more original names that stand out more?

  1. Your names are nice

  2. I love Claire... I think it's classy and beautiful and not boring at all.

    Rose is pretty.

Elsie does remind me of a cow's name, but I think I would quickly associate it with a sweet little baby as soon as I saw her.

  3. I really do not like elsie.

  4. Yeah, they are great PLAIN names.

  5. I love Elsie Rose together..I think that would be a beautiful name for a little gril. Claire is pretty too.

  6. I love love love Rose and Claire, Elsie not so much. Elsie sounds like a nickname, than a name. Rose is so underused as a first name, it's absolutely lovely. And I don't think Claire is too plain. I'd rather see a Rose or Claire than a Madison, who's gender confused because her parents gave her a boy's name.

  7. I really like claire.. and elsie.. I actually know lots of rose's.. the boys l like noah and penn.

  8. I love classic names.

I love love love Rose. There are so many variations for it - Rosanna, Rosalyn, Rosalie - that still sound very pretty.

Claire is always one of my favorite names! So pretty.

Elsie reminds me too much of a cow, but that's just me. I prefer Elle, Ellen or Elena.

  9. Rose is very common actually, well at least from my experience. Elsie has gotten a bit more popular but it's not like Emma or Sophia or Emily. Claire, I always thought this one was a bit popular but I suppose not? Anyway, I love the names Elsie and Claire.

  10. I prefer Claire. It' a very nice name. Rose is nice too, but I don't like Elsie.

  11. Rose is really nice name for girls because this name represintes the most beauty flowers of love.

  12. I like them all. They're very adorable

  13. I think you shouldn't care what others will think, if you like a name then just choose it and surely it will be the right one. I like Claire

  14. I only like the name Rose.

  15. Claire is by far my favorite, I plan on naming my daughter that if I have one. I like Rose more as a middle name. Not a big fan of Elsie, like Elise better.

  16. Rose is absolutely gorgeous! Claire is sweet and sounds stunning. Elsie is a nick name.

  17. Claire - yes

    Rose - maybe

    Elise - no

  18. AWFUL.... REALLY SORRY BUT THEY ARE TRULY AWFUL!

  19. Claire is a boring name,

Rose & Elsie are a little old fashioned,

  20. Those are adorable.

  21. I don't get it. This morning you already had a daugther called Isabel (Elise) and Rose. How come you have none now?

  22. i think they are all pretty names.  rose is the most popular at the moment from the 3, claire has been very popular in the past but not so much now.

personally i would try not to use a name thats very popular, my name was very common when i was a child and it was very boring sharing my 1st name with 3 other girls in my class, but if its a name you really love then go for it.  however the 3 you have chosen maybe popular but they are not too popar.

  23. Very pretty. I love old fashioned names.

  24. those names are beautiful. You really shouldnt care what people think of the names u want to name your children

  25. They're super cute <3

  26. I like all of them, and they are all verrrrry pretty names.  I also like Mary and Jenna and feel that these fit into this category.

  27. I like Elsie and Claire, I don't like Rose. And consider boy names too in case you have 3 boys lol

  28. To be honest, I don't like original names. Kids stand out without having names that stand out, they're all individuals. I think those names are lovely and I wouldn't say they're common as they're quite traditional. They're a little bit old fashioned and I personally couldn't use Elsie as I named a cow that once when I was ten :D But they're much nice than some of the so called "unique" and "original" names I've seen, most of which I find kind of ridiculous.

  29. elsie is lovely, claire is quite plain, and all the Claire's i know are quite plain aswel. Rose makes me think of old people, or soap. But i do like it!!

  30. I love all three of them. Probably in the order of Elsie, Rose, Claire. Rose is actually my daughter's middle name. Very lovely, all three of them. And none of them are all that common. Congratulations.

  31. I love the name Rose.  Claire is lovely too.

Don't care much for Elsie. (Think "Cow.")
