Eltax avr-200 no sound

Question

my eltax avr-200 is having a strange problem, there is no output it turns on all the lights are on but there is no output. one of the speaker levels is on max and i cant get it to move is this the problem? if it is how do i fix it. the relay clicks in after a few seconds after turning on so thats not the problem any help would be much appreciated thanks
