Elvis Memorial where the Market Square Arena in Indianapolis was?

Ive heard before they were going to make a memorial column where the market square arena in Indianapolis, Indiana was, where Elvis Presley's last concert took place...Have they made one?

The Market Square Arena was demolished on July 8, 2001.  The site of the former arena is a parking lot as of May, 2008. The parking lot holds a memorial, designed and built by Alan Clough to Elvis Presley, which contains one of his scarves.  This memorial is to be opened in 2101.

I haven't been by there in awhile, but there was a plaque on the Delaware Street side near Market Street indicating the Elvis concert.  It was there after the demolition of MSA.
