For my college class I have to write an Email, Memo and Letter about a delay.... to the following people....

1. Co-Workers

2. Upper management

3. The Client (costumer)

Which type goes to who?

Does the costumer get the letter, email or memo?

Does the Manager get the letter, email or memo?

Does my co-workers get the letter, email or memo?

  1. customer get's the letter-they always get a letter, more official and makes you look more credible.

    co-workers get the email-most efficient way to reach everyone and leaves a paper trail if needed.

    management gets the memo-to inform him/her.


  2. coworkers get the email, upper management gets the memo, client gets the letter.
