Email Account Problems

hi everyone

i couldn't open and read my yahoo or google mail today but some how i got back my yahoo mail. i think someone is hacking into my mail. or the only thing i can remember doing is changing a password or primary email or something but i did a system restore for 2 days and that still didn't work. now the only thing i need to get back is my gmail. somehow anyway! PLEASE HELP! if more info is needed i will provide it...

System Restore wont help in retrieving your password. Check what error comes up when you enter your gmail username and password. If it is wrong password, then click on the Forgot Password link and go through the procedures However it will send the password to your primary email id which you provided at the time of creating the account. In case all other details are entered properly, you can also get to the change password page. Google also has a complaint form where you can fill in details( as accurate as possible) and then send it across. They will generally get back to you in 24hrs with a solution. In case it is not the problem with password, it is something like Temporary Error 502 or likewise, you can get back to using your account in 24 hours maximum. If that doesn't work either, mail it to the google guys for some solution.
