  1. You can mark it as Spam and once you do that you will not get anymore email from that (domain name, or email address)  but they do not keep using the same email address or the domain address so you will have to keep blocking it or spam it (sorry as there is no easy way out of this)  Just never click on the link to answer and sooner or later they will stop send you the emails. And 'Yes' lots of people have falling for this (mostly older people) that is why it is so important that we keep a check on our parents just to make sure that everything is going all right with them. This kind of stuff is no just on the internet, you get that mess in your home mail and telephone calls.  Just as I said above, just keep Blocking and mark it as Spam. good luck

  2. If you use Outlook - block the address of the sender. Or in Outlook settins set up "safe" lists, and tell Outlook to only let you receive email from addresses/people in your safe list. All other email will automatically bounce or go to spam - depending on what you tell it to do with email from people not in your safe list.

  3. Depending on what email program/email service you use, you might be able to increase your spam catching settings. Outlook has a pretty good junk mail filter and gmail is a really great service that does most of the blocking before it even gets in your inbox. There are instances where you have false positives and may lose and email, so be careful.

  4. nigerian scam tricked many victims some years ago, i think there is webpage where you can report this abuse use google

nothing much you can do unless you block the sender in your email options but if they use multiple email accounts then you have to keep blocking all.
